EUROPEAN RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE CO S.A. announces, according to par. 4.1.3.4. of the Regulation of the ATHEX, that with decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of April 27, 2021, the distributed dividend for fiscal year 2020 amounts to 7,961,972.10 euros. The above distribution of dividend does not include the Own Shares of the Company (total 963,770) and therefore the total amount is distributed in a total of 26,539,907 shares (from 27,503,677) that is the total of the Company's shares) and amounts to 0,3000 euros per share. The above gross amount will be withheld with the corresponding 5% tax and therefore the dividend amount that the shareholders will receive is the net amount of 0,2859 euros per share.

The beneficiaries of the above dividend, based on the record date, are the investors that are registered in the Dematerialized Securities System on Thursday, May 6, 2021, (distribution on Wednesday, May 5, 2021, before the beginning of the meeting).

The payment of the dividend will take place on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, by the paying bank “PIRAEUS BANK S.A.”, as follows:

1. Through the participations of the beneficiaries in the Dematerialized Securities System (Banks and Stock Exchange Companies), according to the applicable in the Regulation of Operation of the Greek Central Securities Depository S.A.
2. More specifically, in the cases of payment of dividend to the heirs of the deceased beneficiaries, whose titles are kept at the Special Account of their Depository in the Greek Central Securities Depository S.A., under the supervisory of ATHEXCSD, the procedure for the payment of the dividend will take place after the completion of the legalization of their state as heirs, through “Piraeus Bank S.A.” for five (5) years, after the payment of the dividend (that is up to May 11, 2026).

Dividend that will not be collected within five (5) years, will be written off in favor of the Greek State.
