Wind parks 69.7 MW of PPC S.A. and VOLTERRA S.A.

PPC S.A. (through PPC Renewables S.A.) and VOLTERRA, a subsidiary of AVAX Group, agreed in the joint development and operation of wind parks with total capacity of 69.7MW. Specifically, PPC is in the process of acquiring the 45% of the share capital of VOLTERRAΆs two SPVs, the first of which owns two wind parks of 16MW total capacity in Etoloakarnania region which are already operational at a FiP of euro 98/MWh, and the second which owns two wind parks in Viotia region, one with capacity 42.9MW with a FiP of euro 98/MWh, and the other with a 10.8MW capacity with a FiP of euro 56.45/MWh, whose construction will start soon. The above transactions are subject to the notification and approval of the Hellenic Competition Commission.

This collaboration, with significant benefits for both companies, promotes the conditions for other similar future partnerships in the field of RES.
