Conclusion of absorption of J&P Energy & Industrial Works SA by AVAX SA

Further to an earlier disclosure dated 03.07.2019, AVAX SA announces the conclusion of the absorption of its 100% subsidiary “Joannou & Paraskevaides Energy and Industrial Works SA”, in line with Law 4601/2019, article 54 of Law 4172/2013 and article 61 of Law 4438/2016, following the approval granted by the Development & Investments Ministry with its decision #126867/09.12.2019 which was published on 09.12.2019 on the General Commercial Registry with entry record #2006198.
