The company announces that the negotiations were completed and the BoD of Olympic Airways approved the offer for the purchase of the 58% of Olympic Catering S.A. Specifically: Everest S.A will purchase the 40% and the remaining 18% will be purchased by two top executives of Everest Group. The decision of the BoD of Olympic Catering must be approved by the General Meeting of the shareholders and the Minister.
