BETA Securities, with the purchase of 2,310 TERNA ENERGY's shares at an average price of 9.5633 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 22,091.30 euros and through the member of the A.S.E. EUROXX Securities, with the purchase of 4,000 TERNA ENERGY's shares at an average price of 9.7500 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 39,000.00 euros.
