Reconstitution of the Board - Reclassification of Board Member

ELLAKTOR S.A. (the “Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) No596/2014 of the European Parliament, Law 3016/2002, as in force, and the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, would like to inform the investment community, that at the meeting of its Board of Directors on July 9^th 2020, approved the reclassification of Mr. Dimitrios Kallitsantsis, Vice Chairman of the BoD, from Non Executive Member to an Executive Board Member. Consequently the Board of Directors has reconstituted during its meeting dated 09.07.2020 as follows:
