GEK TERNA SA informs the Investment Community that in the context of the continuous optimization of the Group's organizational structure, the Company's Board of Directors, at its meeting of November 30, 2022, decided the following:

Mr. Georgios Perdikaris, executive member of the Board of Directors of GEK TERNA until today, now assumes the position of the Executive Vice President in the 100% subsidiary company TERNA S.A., while he will remain as Executive Director and Management Consultant of GEK TERNA SA. and especially of its CEO.

In place of Mr. Perdikaris, Mr. Petros Souretis is elected as a new executive member of the Board of Directors of GEK TERNA. The election of Mr. Souretis will be announced at the next General Assembly.

Following the above, the new composition of the Board of Directors of GEK TERNA S.A. is as follows:
