STATE GRID EXPRESSED THEIR INTEREST TO INVEST IN ARIADNE INTERCONNECTION

The company “ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING S.A.” (or “Company”), informs the investors that on November 11^th, 2019 its affiliate IPTO S.A. signed with State Grid Corporation of China an Agreement for the Expression of Interest to Invest in Ariadne Interconnection, the IPTO's SPV that implements the Crete-Attica Interconnection project.

The Chairman of BoD and CEO of IPTO, Mr. Manos Manousakis, and the Executive Chairman
of State Grid Corporation of China Mr. Kou Wei signed the Agreement along with 15 other Agreements at the Maximos Mansion, during the visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping in Greece.

The Agreement signed by both Parties reflects the active interest of State Grid Corporation of China to acquire up to 20% shares of Ariadne Interconnection in a sale by tender process in the future.

As Mr. Manousakis stated: “IPTO welcomes the interest of its strategic investor State Grid Corporation of China to invest in Ariadne Interconnection, taking part in the electrical interconnection of Crete with the Mainland, a project of a total budget of 1 billion Euro”.
