Publication date of the 1st Half 2024 Financial Results

According to the provisions of the articles 4.1.1 of the ATHEX Regulation as well as the Decision no 25/15.04.2024, ELLAKTOR S.A. (the “Company”), informs the investment community that:

Financial Results of ELLAKTOR Group for the 1^st Half 2024 will be published on Thursday, 12 September 2024, after the close of Athens Exchange trading session.

1^st Half Financial Report 2024 shall be available on the Company's website www.ellaktor.com/ as well as on the Athens Exchange website www.athexgroup.gr.
