Hellenic Exchanges-Athens Stock Exchange S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that it was notified by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. George Handjinicolaou that on 15.04.2021 he purchased 3,850 common registered shares of the Company having a total value of EUR15,959.95.
