LAMDA Development S.A., (the Company) in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notifications, announces that on December 11, 2019:

- Mrs. Maria Christina Griva, Corporate Communications Director of the Company, acquired 6,000 pre-emptive rights for the participation in the Share Capital Increase, at an average price of 0.826 euro, with total amount of 4,955.99 euro

- Mr. Dimitrios Karastogiannis, Corporate Affairs Director of the Company, acquired 2,000 pre-emptive rights for the participation in the Share Capital Increase, at an average price of 0.872 euro, with total amount of 1,743.82 euro
