AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in accordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 20^th of May 2020,  President of the Board of Directors of AUTOHELLAS S.A. and General Manager Emmanouella Vassilakis (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), purchased 25.000 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of € 96,124.57 and on 21^ST of May 2020, purchased 10.000 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of € 33,500.00
