The company under the name “AS COMMERCIAL – INDUSTRIAL COMPUTER AND TOY COMPANY S.A.” with the distinctive title “AS COMPANY S.A.” in accordance with the provisions of Law 3016/2002 regarding Corporate Governance as well as the Stock Exchange legislation, informs the investing public that Ms. Soultana Strikou will take over the duties of company`s Internal Auditor from 22.5.2020, replacing Ms. Fotini Vogiatzi. At the same time, Ms. Chariklia Tsalouchidou undertakes the duties of Head of Corporate Announcements and Shareholders Services.
