Following recent publications, ELVALHALCOR HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A. (the Company) informs investors that it has not received any information by Viohalco S.A., its major shareholder on any transaction by the latter on its shares.

The Company will inform, as required by applicable legislation, investors if it receives any relevant information.
