AVAX S.A. - ΕΧ RIGHTS ISSUE - PRICE FLUCTUATION LIMITS OF 21 - 01 - 2020

As of January 22, 2020, the shares of the company "AVAX S.A." (GRS213213002) are traded on the ATHEX without the right to participate in the share capital increase, with the issue of 66,666,666 new (CR) shares, at an issue price of €0.30 per share. The rights' trading period is set from January 27, 2020 to February 5, 2020, included. The rights' subscription period is set from January 27, 2020 to February 10, 2020, included.

It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on January 22, 2020, are set as follows: +30% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (21/01/2020):  €0.7400 and -30% at the adjusted share price: €0.5370.

 

Adjusted share price: €0.5370

Closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (21/01/2020): €0.7400

Maximum Trading limit       +30%:    €0.9620

Minimum Trading limit        -30%:     €0.3760

 

According to the above, and taking into consideration that in the system ΟΑΣΗΣ (the Advanced Electronic & Automated System for Securities Trading of ATHEX) the start share price - in this case - is the adjusted share price, the maximum and minimum trading limits are formed as follows:

 

Start share price:    €0.5370

Ceiling        + 79.15%:            €0.9620

Floor            - 30%:                 €0.3760
