The pre-emption right's trading period is set from January 27, 2020 to February 5, 2020, included. The start price is set at €0.2575 for AVAXR. The ISIN Code is GRX213003007. There is no daily ceiling/floor limit for the rights' trading. The pre-emption right's subscription period is set from January 27, 2020 to February 10, 2020, included.

In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision No 8/863/10.01.2020 and following the approval of the request of the company "ELTRAK CP LIMITED" for squeeze out right, the trading of the shares of the company "ELTRAK S.A." (GRS142003003) on ATHEX is ceased.
