The Athens Stock Exchange, with regard to the submission of the Compulsory Tender Offer for the shares of the listed company ‘NEWSPHONE HELLAS  SA' according to the announcement of June 24th , 2020, readjusts the maximum trading limit for the share "NEWS" to +44.18% only for the trading session of June 25th , 2020. The minimum trading limit does not change.
