SHARES' FORCED SALES

According to the decision 174/29.11.2019 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the following shares will be auctioned:

• 286,981 (CR) shares of "PROFILE SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE S.A." (GRS472003011)

The start price for the auction of shares is set at minus ten percent (-10%) of the closing price of the share on December 4, 2019.
