CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

The shares of the company "HOLDING COMPANY ADMIE (IPTO) S.A." (GRS518003009) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the rights: a) for the remaining dividend for the fiscal year 2020, amounting to €0.0179089036 per share, and b) for the ex-interim dividend for the fiscal year 2021, amounting to €0.0854424785 per share. The above dividend amounts are subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amounts: €0.0170134584 and €0.0811703546 per share, respectively).
