SHARES DELISTING
 
In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision 887/13.07.2020, the shares of the companies "KARATZIS S.A." (GRS399163005), "NIREUS S.A." (GRS234003002) and "SELONDA AQUACULTURE S.A." (GRS201003019) are removed from the trading systems of ATHEX.
 
 

CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF ATHEX INDICES

Following the announcement of the company «EPSILON NET S.A.» of 10/07/2020 regarding the outcome of the Public Offer for the disposal of new shares of the company and according to ATHEX Market Index Ground Rules the shares of the company will be removed from the composition of «ATHEX Alternative Market Price Index».
