(GRS530003003) are admitted to trading on the Alternative Market of ATHEX following the recent share capital increase due to the merger by acquisition of the non listed companies  "ONYX S.A.", "GREEN HOPE S.A." and "AGANOR MONOPROSOPI IKE" according to the determined shares΄ exchange ratio. As of October 24, 2024, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 68,926,799 (CR) shares.
