CORPORATE ACTIONS

The 5,864,662 new (CR) shares of the company "IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A." (GRS148003015) are admitted to trading on ATHEX following the share capital increase realized by contribution in kind. On September 27, 2022, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 37,339,921 (CR) shares.

Changes in ATHEX Market Indices

The Athens Stock Exchange announces, according to the Ground Rules for the management of the indices, that the shares of the company «BYTE COMPUTER S.A.» will be removed from the composition of the indices in which they participate due to low investability weight (free float). 

More specifically, the following changes will be implemented:

• ATHEX Composite Price Index & ATHEX Total Return Composite Index

The shares of the company are removed from the composition of the indices and replaced by the shares of the company «LOULIS FOOD INGREDIENTS S.A.» with investability weight (free float) 25% and capping factor 1.0.

• ATHEX Select Index

The shares of the company are removed from the composition of the index and replaced by the shares of the company «INTERLIFE GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY S.A.» with investability weight (free float) 28% and capping factor 1.0.

• FTSE/ATHEX Market Index

The shares of the company are removed from the composition of the index without immediate replacement.

• FTSE/ATHEX Mid & Small Cap Factor Weight Index

The shares of the company are removed from the composition of the index and replaced by the shares of the company «ELTON S.A.» with investability weight (free float) 22% and capping factor 1.0.

• FTSE/ATHEX Technology Index

The shares of the company are removed from the composition of the index without immediate replacement.
