Suspension of the shares of ALUMIL ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A., EUROMEDICA S.A. and

J.BOUTARIS & SON HOLDING S.A.

Upon relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, as of today, May 2^nd, 2018, the trading of the shares of "ALUMIL ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A.", "EUROMEDICA S.A." and "J.BOUTARIS & SON HOLDING S.A." are suspended, according to case (d), paragraph 2, article 23, L. 3556/2007, for a maximum time interval of ten (10) days, due to the fact that the companies have not published their Financial Statements for the  year ended on 31.12.2017, within the legal deadline, according to L.3556/2007.
