Press Release Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX)

The Listings and Market Operation Committee, aproved the acquisition of a market making license for the ATHEX Member "EUROBANK EQUITIES INVESTMENT FIRM S.A", for market making on the Stock Future of the listed company "ATTICA BANK S.A." and set of the start date of its obligations on the aforementioned derivatives products for Monday, November 23^rd 2020.

Moreover, during today's session, the Listings and Market Operation Committee, examined the cases of listed shares which fall under the provisions of the ATHEX Rulebook regarding delisting and decided the delisting of the shares of the following companies, which have been under suspension of trading for a time period longer than six months:

• BABIS VOVOS INTERNATIONAL TECHNICAL S.A. (ISIN: GRS421003005)
• TELETIPOS S.A. (ISIN: GRS212293005)
• ALPHA GRISSIN POWER AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL SYSTEMS S.A. (ISIN: GRS480003003)
• PEGASUS PUBLISHING S.A. (ISIN: GRS370003006)
• CHATZIKRANIOTIS & SONS MILLS S.A. (ISIN: GRS348003005)

• The removal of the shares of the aforementioned companies from the ATHEX trading systems will take place on Friday, December 4^th, 2020.
