According to the article 2 par. 2e of the Capital Market Commission's Decision 3/347/12.7.2005, the Company notifies that :
Mr. Elias Paniaras, on 29.6.2007, retired from the position of General Manager of the Greek Sector, but remains as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors.
The duties of General Manager of the Greek Sector, as from 2.7.2007, are assigned to Mr. Socratis Baltzis.
