We announce that Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos, President and Managing Director of the company Folli Follie S.A., has informed us that on 8th June he completed a sale of 2.500.000 shares (7,6%) of the above mentioned company. Before the above transaction Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos owned 50,05% of the share capital of Folli Follie S.A., according to the Greek legislation (P.D.51). After the completion of the aforementioned transaction through the Athens Stock Exchange, Mr. D. Koutsolioutsos owns 42,46% of the shares of Folli Follie.
