Unibios SA Holdings Group, guided by a sense of responsibility towards the investing public, its employees, its customers and all its partners, wishes to inform them about the current effects of the coronavirus' crisis on its operations.

The Group is active in Greece and abroad through subsidiaries mainly in the field of manufacturing, installation and operation of water treatment systems.

The Group's Management prepared and implemented a timely plan to limit the effects of the pandemic on its activity. In particular, it monitors on a daily basis the course of sales and the evolution of financial figures. In this context, where it is given the opportunity, it makes use of all the special measures that have been instituted regarding the reduction of payroll and financial costs, thus limiting the group's operating costs. At the same time, it is constantly working to take additional measures to mitigate the effects of the pandemic on the Group's financial figures, which, of course, cannot be safely assessed at the moment as the global crisis unfolds.

For employees in all countries where the Group operates, and who continue to work, all appropriate coronavirus protection and precautionary measures are being taken in accordance with the guidelines and recommendations of the Public Health and Civil Protection Authorities and the World Health Organization.
