The decisions of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting, which took place on Thursday June 10th 13:00 hrs, at the company's head offices, 5 Ionos Dragoumi, 546 25 Thessaloniki are as follow:

1. Approved the financial statements for fiscal period 1/1/2003 - 31/12/2003, the corresponding report of the Board of Directors and the certificate of the Certified Auditor-Accountant.

2. Released all members of the board and the auditor - accountant from any compensation responsibility regarding operations during the 01/01/2003 - 31/12/2003 fiscal period.

3. Elected for fiscal year 2004 Mr. Nikolaos Georgiadis as the company's Certified Auditor-Accountant and Mr. Vassilios Giannoutsos as his replacement and set their fee.

4. Approved the Managing Director's fee

5. Approved the occupation of stockholders and members of the board and the fee for this occupation, and approved the members of the board payment scheme.

6. Approved the investment plan's change and the use of the capital raised from the listing of the company stocks in the Athens Stock Exchange. More speciffically it was approved that the amount of 54.809.73 Euro will be used for Development of new Products, Update of Existing Products and Purchase of Know How instead of Promotion and Communication.

7. Approved the change of the company's name from "MECHANOLOGISTIKI SOCIETE ANONYME" to "Logismos INFORMATION SYSTEMS SOCIETE ANONYME" and the change of art.1 of company's statute.

8. Approved that the capitalisation of tax - free reserves will be discussed at the next Annual General Shareholders Meeting of the year 2005.

9. Approved that the capitalisation of a part of the difference from issue of shares above par will be discussed at the next Annual General Shareholders Meeting of the year 2005, because it is related to the above subject 8.

10. Approved that the change of art. 5 of company's statute will be discussed at the next Annual General Shareholders Meeting of the year 2005, because it is related to the above subjects 8 and 9.
