An additional feed for Financial Statements in PDF format is available to subscribers only. Please contact our Information Services department in order to obtain a subscription to this feed.

FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR 2015

Pursuant to paragraph 4.1.4.3.1. of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, “PAPOUTSANIS S.A.” hereby announces the Financial Calendar of the Company for 2015:

  1. The annual financial statements of the Company for the fiscal year 2014 will be published at the website of HELEX (www.helex.gr) and at the Company's website (www.papoutsanis.com) on 31st March 2015 according to current legislation.
  2. The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on 30th June 2015.
  3. The Company will not declare dividends for the fiscal year 2014.
  4. The Company's shares are not subject to derivatives
