In accordance,  MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A. , based on Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014 announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 30, 2016)  and the Board of Director's resolution(dated September 01, 2016) purchased  830 own shares on Wednesday  March 22 , 2017 with average cost price 4,1648€ per share and total purchase value 3.456,80€ through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance S.A.
