Lift of suspension of the shares of LANAKAM S.A. and suspension of the shares of

WOOL INDUSTRY TRIA ALFA" S.A , YALCO - CONSTANTINOU S.A.

and  CHATZIKRANIOTIS & SONS MILLS S.A.

Upon relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, as of today, April 30^th, 2018:

• The suspension of trading of the shares of "LANAKAM S.A", which was placed according to case (d), paragraph 2, article 23, L. 3556/2007, is lifted, since the reasons for suspension are no longer in effect, taking into account that the company published the semi-annual Financial Reports for the fiscal year 2017. As of the same date, the shares of the company will be trading on the Main Market segment.
• The trading of the shares of "WOOL INDUSTRY TRIA ALFA" S.A " is suspended, according to case (d), paragraph 2, article 23, L. 3556/2007, for a maximum time interval of ten (10) days, due to the fact that there are reasonable grounds of suspicion that the company's released financial statements, for fiscal year 2017, published on April 30^th, 2018, deviate from the IAS/IFRS standards, according to the auditors' report concluded to "Qualified Opinion".
• The trading of the shares of "YALCO - CONSTANTINOU S.A." and of "CHATZIKRANIOTIS & SONS MILLS S.A." is suspended, in line with paragraph 1, article 17, L.3371/2005, until the companies prepare and publish their Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2017, according to L.3556/2007. Specifically, it is considered that, following the companies' announcements of 27.04.2018, which refer to the fact that the companies are not able to publish their Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2017, within the legal deadline, the protection of investors and the smooth operation of the market is not ensured.
