CORPORATE EVENTS

a) The suspension of trading placed on the shares of the company «AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG» (AT0000A325L0) is lifted, and b) the 1,314,867 new (CB) shares of the company are admitted to trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capital increase due to the merger by absorption of its subsidiary company "INFORM P. LYKOS HOLDINGS S.A.", according to the following shares' exchange ratios: a) each shareholder of the company "INFORM P. LYKOS HOLDINGS S.A." (except of "AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG") exchanges every 4.57104863077406 (CR) shares held with 1 new (CB) share of the company "AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG" and b) the shareholders of the company "AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG" retain the number of shares held.  As of March 23, 2023, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 18,176,934 (CB) shares, the starting price is set at €13,42 per share and there is no floor /ceiling trading limit for the first three days of trading.
