The 394,400,000 new (CR) shares of the company "PIRAEUS FINANCIAL HOLDINGS S.A." (GRS014003024) are admitted to trading on ATHEX, following the conversion of the total of its Contingent Convertible Securities (CoCos). On January 14, 2021, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 831,059,164 (CR) shares.

The shares of the company "PAPOUTSANIS S.A." (GRS065003014), are traded on the ATHEX ex-bonus, in terms of 1 new (CR) share for every 14.0508109934 old (CR) shares held. The start date of trading of the 1,787,684 new (CR) bonus shares is set on January 20, 2021.

CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF FTSE/ATHEX INDICES DUE TO 'PAPERPACK S.A.'

The Athens Stock Exchange announces the changes that will be implemented in the composition of FTSE/ATHEX Mid & Small Cap Factor-Weighted Index, following the announcement of the company «PAPERPACK S.A.» of 05/01/2021.
More specifically, the free float of the company's shares fell below the minimum threshold of 15% as a criterion for participation in the composition of the index, in accordance with the provisions of the Index Ground Rules.
As a result, the shares of the company will be removed from the composition of the index and replaced by the shares of the company «ELINOIL S.A.» with an investability weighting of 37%.
 

ADJUSTMENTS IN ATHEX INDICES DUE TO 'PIRAEUS FINANCIAL HOLDINGS S.A.'

Following the commencement of trading on ATHEX, as of Thursday, January 14, 2021, of the 394,400,000 new common registered shares of the company «PIRAEUS FINANCIAL HOLDINGS S.A.» (ISIN:GRS014003024) and the increase of HFSF's shareholding in the company to 61.3%, the free float of the company's shares will change from 65% to 39%, according to the criteria of the Index Ground Rules.
