Piraeus Real Estate Investment S.A. (Piraeus R.E.I.T.) announced the following results of the period ended on 30.9.2006:
The turnover of the company amounted to Euro 7,084.9 thousand compared to Euro 4,191.4 thousand in the corresponding nine-month period of the year 2005, namely increased by 69%.
Pre-tax earnings rose by 72% and amounted to Euro 6,197.9 thousand against Euro 3,604.6 thousand in the corresponding nine-month period of last year, while after tax earnings amounted to Euro 5,941 thousand versus Euro 3,381.7 thousand in the nine-month period of last year, i.e. increased by 76%.
