Euromedica SA announces that it acquired 40% of EUROGENETICA SA, a unique center in research and applications of Molecular Biology, Genetics and Biotechnology. EUROGENETICA SA is the first center in Northern Greece that owes a complete unit of genetic material analysis, providing services at prenatal control, detection of genetic diseases as well as detection of pathogenic factors using modern genetic, molecular and biochemical methods. It cooperates with a group of well-known scientists and professors of Aristotle University and Universities of other countries. This acquisition of Euromedica is consistent with the Group''s strategic planning of further expanding its presence in the primary health care sector, and it entails: Creating 3 new diagnostic centers in the Attiki area and 2 new diagnostic centers in the Thessaloniki area.
