(*) The decision to pay the dividend and the above dates are subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

The Company clarifies that the results will be posted on the Athens Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr) and on the website of EYATH SA (www.eyath.gr) after the end of the Athens Exchange meeting.
