KEKROPS S.A. (hereinafter the Company), in addition to our previous statements concerning the issue of the disputed area of approximately 300,000 m2 in the district of Paleo Psychiko (known as Latomeio) by the Greek State, hereby notify that on 6 December 2019 the Greek State submitted to the Supreme Court an Appeal for the Cancellation of Decision nr. 3039/2019 of the Athens Court of Appeal; as has already been publicized by the aforementioned Decision the Company's Appeal has been accepted and the Greek State's claims on said real property have been dismissed.

The Company will proceed with all necessary actions to set a discussion date and will inform the public on any further developments regarding the case.
