Athens, Greece, 27 May 2020 – Frigoglass S.A.I.C. announces that, by virtue of its Board of Directors' resolution dated May 26, 2020, Mr. Michalis Marianos is appointed as independent Head of Internal Audit Department of Frigoglass effective as of May 27, 2020, replacing Mr. Stelios Ioannidis.
