ZAMBA S.A. informs the investing public that in the financial statements titled "FINANCIAL DATA & INFORMATION FOR THE PERIOD 1 JANUARY 2005-30 JUNE 2005" that were published in the Greek financial newspaper "EXPRESS" on 27 September 2005 and in particular in the section "FINANCIAL STATEMENT FOR THE PERIOD 01.01.2005-30.06.2005, Column 01.04.-30.06.2005, the following changes have occured: Financial Results (net) 38 instead of (38). Pre-tax profits of 456 instead of 380. Profits for the period: 321 instead of 245. Earnings per share for the period: Basic (in Euros) 0.32 instead of 0.24.It is noted that the financial data & information as well as the interim report of 30.06.2005 have been posted on the web site of the company (www.zampa.gr).
