It is announced that the company intends to participate either itself or as a Consortium member to the process of undertaking projects from the Public Sector that fall into the clauses of para.1 of the Article 15 of the Law 2328/1995, as modified and supplemented by the Law 2372/1996 and the Presidential Decree 82/1996 and the Article 109 of the Law 2533/ 1997.

Specifically, the company intends to participate to the Enquiry DYKPP - 0610194, announced by Public Power Corporation (P.P.C.), for the "maintenance services for one Aeroderivative Gas Turbine Genset Package type GENERAL ELECTRIC LM6000PC of Linoperamata SES for a period of 12.500,00 operating hours".

The submission date is the 28th February 2006.

The budget of said Enquiry amounts to 2.900.000,00 (VAT excluded).

As defined in article 15 & 1 of Law 2328/95 and the article 1 of the P.D.82/96, shareholders must hold nominal shares and are obliged to submit to our company a certification for the definition of their shareholders, or according to para.1 of Article 2 of above P.D. their lawful release so that our company can work out the respective special shareholders Registry.

Finally, it is noted that non compliance of Societes Anonymes shareholders of our company to the above, bears consequences provided by Article 2, para.2 of the above P.D.82/96 (Deprivation of presentation and voting rights in the company's General Meeting and of any kind of property rights derived by their shareholding).
