In reference to the article in the newspaper BHMA THS KYRIAKHS on 05.3.2006, relating to Loulis Mills S.A. possible agreement with KATSELIS S.A. and ALATINH S.A. we would like to clarify, according to the Article 5, paragraph 1a, of the Hellenic?'s Capital Market Commission, Decision 5/204/14.11.2005, that at the present time, the company is not in the process of agreements as stated in the mentioned newspaper article and we will promptly and reliably advise the investors as soon as such a viable business agreement exists.
