GOODY'S S.A. announces that in the "Financial Statements for the year ended 31/12/2005" that were posted today on ASE's and our Company's website, on page 48 by mistake it was written that the total dividend to be paid amounts to 7.569 thousand euro (0,18 euro/share), instead of the correct total dividend 8.140 thousand euro (0,50 euro/share).
