By decision of the Board of Directors of ALUMINIUM DE GRECE S.A., taken at its 16 February 2006 meeting, Mr. Ioannis Nikolaidis, Chemical Engineer, was appointed Internal Auditor of the company, due to the retirement of Mr. Vasilios Dologlou who had held the post until that date.
