The above company's participation in the total voting rights of EGNATIA BANK S.A. has reached 34.45% (34.45% directly - 0.00% indirectly) from 14.83% (14.83% directly - 0.00% indirectly), representing 31,799,228 shares with voting rights (31,796,598 directly - 2,630 indirectly) from 13,687,740 (13,685,110 directly - 2,630 indirectly), whereas the above company's total participation in EGNATIA BANK's share capital is now 30.76% (30.76% directly - 0.00% indirectly) compared to 13.24% (13.24% directly - 0.00% indirectly) previously. Furthermore, in accordance with Marfin Financial Group S.A.'s announcement, the indirect participation pertains to the corporate entity "Investment Bank S.A." which is controlled by Marfin Financial Group S.A. and the date of the transaction was 29th March 2006.
