MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. announces that Alcan Inc. has notified on 30.3.2006 to MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. its intention to exercise a put option for the sale of an equity interest in Aluminiun de Greece S.A.I.C. (at the price of 6.95 Euros as per the initial agreement and already following the recent split at the price of 3,47 Euros). The exercise of the option results in MYTILINEOS acquiring 2.690.210 shares from seller Αlcan Inc. The transaction wil be realised today Friday, 31 March 2006.
