According to the announcement of our Intended Actions Index dated 28/02/2006, based on the article 292 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, the starting date for the dividend payment for the year 2005 was scheduled for Monday, July 10, 2006. Given the timely determined procedure followed by a) the Central Securities Depository with respect to the dispatch of the lists of persons entitled to dividend and b) the Banks with regard to the dividend payments, the new starting date for the dividend payment is scheduled for Wednesday, July 12, 2006.
