According to Article 2 par. 2 of the Decision of the Capital market Committee, dated 3/347/12.7.2005, we notify that, from 03/05/2006, following a pertinent resolution of the Companys Board of Directors, Mr. Evangelos Kotsios will be responsible for the internal audit of the Company, replacing Mrs. Konstantina Sakelariou.
