GOODY'S S.A., referred to its announcement made on 7.03.2006 related to the schedule of planned corporate actions, announces that due to the delayed publishing of the Draft Merger Agreement, the Ordinary General Meeting will take place on June 2nd 2006 instead of May 25 which was originally reported. The ex-dividend date and the dividend payout date are June 6, 2006 and June 15, 2006 respectively.
