It is hereby announced that the resolution of the Ministry of Development (Department of Societe Anonyme and Credit), No. Κ2-5962/28.04.2006, has been registered on 28/04/2006 and 09/05/2006 in the Registry of the Ministry of Development and the Registry of Societe Anonyme and Trade Department of the Prefecture of Athens (south sector), respectively. The merger of the companies "HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND TELEMATIC APPLICATIONS SOCIETE ANONYME" and "MEDITERRANEAN BROADBAND ACCESS S.A." by absorption of the latter by the former, which held 100% of the shares of the latter, has been approved by virtue of the said resolution. The merger has been effected according to the Board of Directors resolutions' No. 202/23.11.2005, 207/30.01.2006 and 215/13.04.2006 of the absorbing company and the Board of Directors' resolutions No. 43/23.11.2005, 46/30.01.2006 and 49/13.04.2006 of the absorbed company, the provisions of art. 78 of C.L. 2190/20 and the art. 1-5 of L. 2166/93 and the notarial deed 14424/17.04.2006 of the Notary Public of Athens Alexandra Mergianou-Nikolaidi.
