The Company in accordance with the explanatory directive of ELTE (Accounting Standardization and Audits Committee) No. 118ΑP/23-3-2006 and the announcement dated 24-3-2006 of the Capital Market Committee regarding the annual financial data and information that was published on 24.2.2006, makes the following announcement: The funds of the balance sheets, of the results and of the cash flows for the company and the group as published in the interim financial statements, the financial data and the information, have been modified following reexamination of other potential income taxes (provisions for tax differences and acknowledgement of the suspended taxation). Following the foregoing modifications, the owners' equity and the results of the company and the group included in the published interim financial statements are changed as follows:
Reduction of the owners' equity for the company on 31.12.2003 (01.01.2004): Total adjustments of Euro -720,000.
Reduction of the owners' equity for the group on 31.12.2003 (01.01.2004): Total adjustments of Euro-941,695.
Reduction of the owners' equity for the company on 31.12.2004 (01.01.2005):Total adjustments of Euro -870,000.
Reduction of the owners' equity for the group on 31.12.2004 (01.01.2005): Total adjustments of Euro -1,095,404.

Based on the foregoing corrections, it is ascertained that the owners' equity of the company upon commencement of the period on 01.01.2004 amounts to Euro 127,675,360 instead of Euro 128,395,360, while the owners' equity upon commencement of the period on 01.01.2005 amounts to Euro 137,610,748, instead of Euro 138,480,748.

Based on the foregoing corrections, it is ascertained that the owners' equity of the group upon commencement of the period on 01.01.2004 amounts to Euro 129,336,419 instead of Euro 130,278,114 and that the owners' equity of the company's shareholders amounts to Euro 117,296,706 instead of Euro 118,124,313 respectively, while the owners' equity of the group upon commencement of the period on 01.01.2005 amounts to Euro 144,338,274, instead of Euro 145,433,678 and the owners' equity of the company's shareholders amounts to Euro 130,879,182 instead of Euro 131,873,653 respectively.

Reduction of the company's results for the period 01.01.2004 - 31.12.2004:
- The total adjustments of the results before tax amounts to Euro 0.00.
- The total adjustments of the results after tax amounts to Euro -150,000

Reduction of the group's results for the period 01.01.2004 - 31.12.2004:
- The total adjustments of the results before tax amounts to Euro 0.00.
- The total adjustments of the results after tax amounts to Euro -126,781.

In accordance with the aforementioned modifications it is ascertained that the company's results after tax on 31.12.2004 amount to Euro 16,371,846 instead of Euro 16,521,846, and the group's results after tax amount to Euro 21,295,420 instead of Euro 21,422,201, while the results after tax of the parent company's shareholders amounted to Euro 19,756,088. Moreover, modifications and adjustments were made in the owners' equity and results of the group and the company during the A, B, & C 2004 quarters and A, B, & C 2005 as follows:

1. a) The owners' equity of the company on 31.03.2004 amounts to Euro 130,075,754 instead of Euro 130,795,754.
The new owners' equity of the company on 31.03.2005 amounts to Euro 145,376,874 instead of Euro 146,246,874.
b) The new owners' equity of the company on 30.06.2004 amounts to Euro 123,225,944 instead of Euro 123,945,944.
The new owners' equity of the company on 30.06.2005 amounts to Euro 144,453,117 instead of Euro 145.323.117.
c) The new owners' equity of the company on 30.09.2004 amounts to Euro 125,564,889 instead of Euro 126.284.889.
